VWB/VSF research shows promise for cricket consumption in Laos

Research conducted through a VWB/VSF project in Laos indicates that the production and consumption of  crickets can reduce malnutrition among low income people.  The research effort was headed up by former VWB/VSF staff member Thomas Weigel who has recently published his findings in the Journal of Insects as Food and Feed.
