Noreen Mubarik joined Veterinarians Without Borders Canada in October 2022 as Finance Manager. She has more than eight years of financial management, accounting, and compliance experience in the not-for-profit sector. She brings a wealth of knowledge from financial management and experience in international development organizations. She has managed not-for-profit financial operations of up to $45 million, working with a broad range of institutional donors, including Global Affairs Canada, Department of International Development, World Bank Organization, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and many other U.S. agencies.
Noreen is a passionate and hard worker who enjoys the work she does. With her years of experience, she is helping VWB ensure that all projects and accounting systems are operating smoothly and consistently.
