After graduating from West Point, Joe served as an Army officer for five years in various roles, then joined IDEXX as a Sales Consultant and was eventually promoted to Regional Manager. While there, Joe led the Northeast region to numerous individual and team accolades, doubling overall yearly revenue from $20 Million to over $40 Million, and was recognized for leading the most successful region multiple times, winning multiple Region of the Year awards. While working full-time and leading his team, Joe earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut and his MBA from Yale’s School of Management. Joe initially joined CUBEX in 2018 as a Vice President leading the national sales team. Eventually Joe was promoted to lead the marketing team and in 2019 was promoted to President of the CUBEX Veterinary Division. While at CUBEX, Joe and the team have increased annual revenue by over 450%, created logistical efficiencies in the customer implementation process, and launched new software and hardware products intended to serve a greater veterinary audience. In addition, Joe initiated a partnership with “Not One More Vet” (NOMV) and CUBEX to help bolster access to mental resources for the veterinary community, and he currently sits on the Leadership Council for this important non-profit organization.
Joe lives in Connecticut with his wife, Deana, and their two children, Giovanna and Joey.
