OUR PROJECTS

Veterinarians without Borders is working to foster the health of animals, people and the environments that sustain us—improving goat production and empowering AIDS/HIV affected families in Uganda, improving poultry farms in Tanzania, reaching dogs and cats in remote communities in Canada and enhancing community awareness of animal health care in Laos. Our work promotes long term sustainability and community independence and works toward a global solution to better health and livelihoods for the world's poorest people.

Veterinarians without Borders/Vétérinaires sans Frontières (VWB/VSF-Canada) works nationally and international to train animal health workers, increase food security, and improve animal & public health. VWB/VSF-Canada provides overseas volunteer placements for veterinarians and other animal & public health professionals.
